May I be in the facility while my pet is being groomed?

For the safety of you and your pet, we do not allow anyone in our facility during a grooming session. Please be assured that your pet is in great hands and their safety and comfort is our number one priority.

Why does mobile grooming cost more than a local grooming salon?

Mobile grooming is not only a great convenience, it also provides your pet with some very personalized care that helps reduce stress and anxiety. We work on one pet at a time and limit the number of clients per day, so that we can give your pet the time and attention they deserve.

Does qbPET use my electricity and water?

No, we do not use any amenities from your home or office. Our state-of-the-art mobile grooming van is 100% self-sufficient, with all requirements to make your pets visit extremely comfortable.

How old does my puppy have to be for their first grooming with qbPET?

We service pets starting at 12 weeks of age and require that your pet receives all 3 sets of puppy vaccinations, including the vaccine for Rabies.

Do you groom cats?

We are sorry, currently we do not groom cats but it is a service that we plan to offer in the future. If you would like a notification of when we launch cat grooming services, email us your information or follow us on our social media platform.

What type of payments do accept?

We accept cash, credit cards via square card reader, and checks.

What is your cancelation policy?

We operate on an appointment bases and we reserve a time frame for you and your pet. A time slot that is almost impossible to fill in with a short notice. For that reason, we ask that you give us a 24hr cancelation notice. We have a cancelation fee of 50% of the service scheduled on your following Visit
